Jodeme’s role is to help crystallize The Change Foundation’s strategic focus of informing policy and practice in Ontario, as well as initiating international relationships and exploring new opportunities for the Foundation beyond its current priorities.
As a new Senior Associate with the International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC), Jodeme will seek to support and grow the work of both IFIC and The Change Foundation internationally, and to bring knowledge home to inform opportunities in Ontario.
In particular, Jodeme will be working with IFIC to advance the exchange of knowledge, information and practice to improve the experience between patients, caregivers and health service providers. This work is meant to drive integrated systems of care globally, and to facilitate collaboration between Ontario, Canada, and IFIC. Jodeme also aims to progress integration by building and co-developing new lines of work related to a focus on patients and caregivers as partners with health service providers.
She has more than 20 years of experience working in the Ontario health care and health policy sector, and is an adjunct lecturer and co-instructor at the University of Toronto’s Institute for Health Policy, Management and Evaluation.
